This quilt gave me 720 hours of joy. Each of the 13 little animals and 1 beetle are hand appliquéd and took a total of 230 hours. I tried to include as many traditional patterns as possible. This quilt represents the child like wonder we all retain at Christmas time. Father Christmas was drawn using my husband in his bathrobe and walking stick for a model.
